Q2. How long is the warranty period?
A2: One year warranty period.
Q3. How many colors are available?

Q4. How long is our production cycle?
A4: Normally, the goods will be shipped within 15-20 days after receiving the deposit, and within 25-30 days in the peak season (August, September, October).
Q5. How long is the payment term?
A5: T/T or Western Union. A 50% deposit is required when starting production, and the balance is paid before shipment after the goods are ready.

A9: During transportation, our shipping agent will try their best to ensure the safety of the goods. If the product is damaged, they will be responsible. If it is not a very serious problem, we will help you and compensate for the damaged part.
